It all starts from within, your behaviour, body language, how you react to different situations and how you speak can depict your confidence levels and the amount of belief you have in yourself. It is easier to keep yourself safe and avoid the possibility of having to confront failure by doing nothing about it. Lacking in confidence comes in many guises, in certain situations or periodically. When it does happen, the feeling unconfident in our abilities, fear of failure or what might happen can trigger anxiety and stress both in our lives and at work.
Confidence isn’t something we have or don’t have. It is a frame of mind or a feeling which can be changed and developed.
